We recommend booking at least 2–3 days ahead, especially during peak season (spring and autumn). However, we often accommodate last-minute requests—just get in touch and we'll do our best to fit you in.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour are fully refundable. For cancellations within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we'll work out the best solution—often we can reschedule at no extra cost.
We accept cash (Euros), credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment is typically made on the day of the tour, although we may request a deposit for larger bookings or special arrangements.

For shorter city tours, we typically meet near the Colosseum (Via Claudia 25). Longer tours often include pick-up and drop-off at your central Rome hotel. We'll confirm the exact meeting point when we finalise your booking.
